Return authorization is required. No item/product may be returned without prior approval from Chic By Janssen.
Returns must be properly packed to avoid shipping damage.
Credit will not be issued on product damaged due to improper packing.
Customer is responsible for any shipping expenses and /or costs associated with the return of any product.
Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded on returns.
Re-stocking fees will apply to all returns.
Pictures/proof of damages must be sent for all returns.
